Are there any setup fees?
None. No setup fees on any plan. You subscribe and we organise the rest — including your first pickup.
What happens if I exceed my plan volume?
Every plan shares one flat overage rate: $4.50/kg — a heavily discounted partner rate, roughly 55% cheaper than going elsewhere. Unused kilos don't roll over week to week. If you consistently exceed your included volume, we'll recommend upgrading — it will save you money.
Why are prices shown weekly?
Because that's how business owners budget for operational costs. $349/week is immediately comparable to staff time and other weekly expenses — you know exactly what it costs per week, without needing to divide a monthly figure.
Can I pay annually?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 weeks free. You pay for just 50 weeks and enjoy a full 52 weeks of service. For example, Professional works out to $40,000/yr (saving $1,600) and Powerhouse $107,500/yr (saving $4,300). All prices +GST.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes — pause for up to 4 weeks per year via your portal. Billing pauses for that period.
Is GST included?
All prices exclude GST. GST is applied at checkout and shown on all invoices.
